Louise C. Keegan, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, BC-ANCDS, ASHA Fellow, was formerly Associate Dean of Rehabilitation Sciences at ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ«. A Speech-Language Pathologist by background, her clinical and research expertise lies in acquired neurogenic communication disorders in adults. Her research also encompasses qualitative methods, clinical sociolinguistics, and the scholarship of teaching and learning. Dr. Keegan has published more than 30 peer reviewed articles and delivered more than 100 presentations on these topics. Dr. Keegan teaches in the Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology Program, the Speech Language Pathology Doctorate program as well as occasionally in the undergraduate Health Sciences program.

Dr. Ginsberg is a professor at ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ« and an accomplished higher education leader and manager. She has proven expertise in strategic planning, operational management, data driven decision making, fiscal oversight, program evaluation, program and curriculum design, accreditation, faculty and staff recruitment and development, stakeholder engagement, shared governance, and community outreach. She is also a seasoned educator and multicultural scholar with expertise in working with diverse populations. Dr. Ginsberg is a SafeZone trainer and has offered many SafeZone LGBTQ++ Ally trainings across the country. Dr. Ginsberg has received several awards and scholarships for her accomplishments in higher education and not-for-profit business, and has published on topics related to social justice, multicultural pedagogy, and counseling Jewish populations.

Dr. Goodolf has over 16 years of teaching experience in higher education with her clinical expertise in adult health, emergency medicine, critical care and trauma nursing. She completed the American Association of Colleges of Nursing Wharton Executive Leadership Program in 2022. Dr Goodolf’s research interest primarily involves professional identity formation and she is an executive committee member of the International Society for Professional Identity in Nursing (ISPIN). Dr. Goodolf currently teaches in the traditional undergraduate and accelerated nursing programs.

Dr. Sanders is Interim Associate Dean of the School of Rehabilitation Sciences and Associate Professor of Speech-Language Pathology at ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ«. His areas of specialty are child language and literacy development. Dr. Sanders' clinical experience includes six years practicing as a speech-language pathologist in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, including three as an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) specialist. His doctoral work was completed at the Center for Literacy and Disability Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His current lines of research include exploring aspects of service delivery for children who require AAC and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
